The Great Room - Family Central
This Great Room is the center of the family vacation. Comfy, stain-resistant couch, fireplace, 46" Sony HD TV and DVD with DirectTV DVR and DVD. Plus, adult and kids board games and puzzles. Sofa turns into inflatable queen bed.
Brand New Modern Rustic Kitchen
The kitchen has brand new top of the line appliances and accessories. Plus, we have kid- and toddler-friendly chairs, plates, cups, and utensils. Everything you need is here.
The Kids Loft - Kids' 2nd favorite part of Suncadia (nothing can beat with water slides)
Your kids will get lost in their own little hideaway with fun wall decorations and atmosphere. There are oodles of toys and books to keep them busy for hours. The Twin over Full bunk bed with Land of Nod bedding can sleep 2-3 kids comfortably plus there is room on the floor for at least 2 sleeping bags. There are kid sized table and chairs for quiet sitting time to read or draw. Your kids won't want to stay anywhere else.
The Master Suite at Sugar Cookie Cabin
First Floor bedroom with King Bed, iPod alarm clock, luxurious full bath, and spacious walk-in closet. Perfect for grandparents too.
Suncadia Parent's Suite
Second floor bedroom with Queen Bed, Rocker, and beautiful 3/4 bath is adjacent to both the kid's loft and the baby's room for parent's peace of mind.
Indoor Dining for 8+ people
The farmhouse style table from Room & Board is situated between the Great Room and kitchen. Two strap-on booster/high-chairs and two kids-sized chairs and childrens' plates, cups, utensils are make for a fun, easy dining experience with little ones. These chairs provide additional seating for movies, sports, or game night in the adjacent Great Room.
Baby's Room
The Baby's Room has a full size crib and white noise machine to keep noise out and baby asleep. Baby monitors will let you know when baby wakes up. A pack 'n' play is available for sleeping in the room with mom & dad or for a 2nd tot.

Outdoor Dining at Suncadia
The patio has a Weber direct-gas BBQ under cover for cooking in any weather. The outdoor fire pit is the perfect place for making smores or a nightcap (after putting the kids to sleep.) Patio furniture is in storage until the snow clears - only a few weeks away. Deer, Elk, and other wildlife are frequent visitors at early morning and late evening.

There are games and puzzles for all ages. Our kids always love playing new games at someone else's house - you can partake in ours.
